Article 28 of Korea's Tourism Promotion Act restricts Korean nationals' casino admission and includes a statutory exception for specified overseas emigrants. Foreigner-only does not mean access based on speaking another language. An exception requires legal grounds and operator review.
Check before travelling
An overseas visa, frequent travel, foreign address or Chinese-language booking does not automatically establish the emigrant exception. Check nationality, residence status and relevant records separately. An accent, passport colour or another visitor's experience cannot establish a companion's identity status.
