Marriott’s official Sheraton Jeju Hotel page lists an address on Tapdong-ro in Jeju City, combining a city coastal setting with urban activities. The hotel has dining, pools and fitness facilities. If you found it under an older name or in an older guide, verify the current name, address and booking rules before deciding on rooms and transport.

Verify the current official hotel name
Marriott currently describes the Tapdong-ro property as Sheraton Jeju Hotel. This page retains the English name for booking checks. If you found it in an older guide or former-brand material, do not directly reuse old rates, facility benefits or booking portals. Check the current official name, address and actual stay conditions.
Consider city-coast stays and airport transport
The official website describes the Tapdong coastal location and provides full address and transport details. Travelers combining city activities and coastal rest can include this area in their comparison. The official page says the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle; confirm taxis or public transport before arrival rather than assuming an airport-area location includes transfers.
Separate the facility list from rate benefits
The website lists restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness facilities and an executive lounge. Check use conditions by room type and membership status. Lounge photos do not mean every guest has access. For Chinese communication, accessible rooms or special bed arrangements, ask the hotel directly about your stay dates and save its written reply.
Frequently asked questions
How should I book if I found older Ramada Plaza Jeju information?
First verify the address and current English hotel name. This page links to Marriott’s official Sheraton Jeju Hotel information; old guide prices, facilities and terms do not replace current booking conditions.
Does the hotel offer free airport transfers?
At the time checked, Marriott’s official page stated there was no airport shuttle. Recheck current transport information before departure and arrange your journey to the Tapdong hotel.
